I would say that my teaching style is very interactive. Anyone can give instructions but I love feedback from a one on one situation as well as a group environment. I base alot of my instruction on analogies; when a person can relate an experience or another word to a term being tought, their understanding is broadened and 99% of the time embedded in the longterm memory. One of the main things I learned in teaching various ages of children in Sunday School is that when they are liked and respected and they know that, they are paying attention and leaning even when they appear to be bored.
