I try to be really patient because I know some subjects aren't very logical to some students.

While serving in the Army, I was assigned to translate and interpret from Spanish to English for foreign students joining the Army. I am a firm believer that the best way to learn varies from subject to subject. When I taught math my view was that the best way to teach was to break everything down into a step by step process and have the students memorize the process.
