Since coming to the Charlotte region in 1996, I have had a wide variety of experiences as a language teacher, having taught in public, private, homeschool, summer school and tutoring situations. I received my bachelor degree after two years in a community college, one year in UNC Charlotte's liberal arts program, and two years in the College of Education (COE.
