A Little Bit About Me...

I would love the opportunity to teach grade school children. It was during my formidable years that I can recall a young lady who impacted my education in a very significant way. Additionally, I also have very fond memories of several children who I mentored through tutoring. My innate enthusiastic nature has facilitated a strong desire with the children to participate in the learning process in many unique ways. I will be doing my student teaching in January of 2011. I am in my final year at Western Governors University.I have taught Sunday School to teens 13-18 for nine years. I am responsible for lesson plans. I have tutored two high school students and one college student each for one semester in various math subjects. All three saw an improvement in their grade. My favorite subject to tutor is Algebra but am willing and able to tutor all math up to and including Calculus.
