As a Webster University graduate, I pursued advanced degrees (Master of Arts) in the fields of HR Management and HR Training and Development. I also attained a BS in Business Administration at Spalding University. I have used the Training and Development degree to a large extent. Very simply, I believe that an instructor should be a facilitator of the learning process, not a dictator. The best learning is that which is done by the student him/herself through experiencing and seeing things firsthand. I strive to get to know my students and make my tutoring sessions unique and tailored to fit each individual student's needs.
I have a masters degree in psychology, specializing in child development. During my undergraduate studies, I minored in music and English.
