I have found that the best way to teach students is to have them do, not listen. Most students at any level are very unmotivated to learn if someone is lecturing at them or working at a pace that is above what they are able to accomplish. I tailor my lessons to the students needs and provide ample opportunities for practice, revision, and remediation when necessary. I want each student to feel a sense of accomplishment every day and I strive to help each child with whatever it is they may need.

I enjoyed the thrill of teaching beginning students and student that needed to improve skills for the jog market. I was responsible for assessments, lesson plans, daily and weekly exams. The most important part of teaching is building a students self esteem in challenging subjects and allowing some self directed assessments.
