I was a tutor for students with disabilities for EPCC. Had a vast experience at EPCC because I would tutor Math, Writing, history and gave classes for effective note taking techniques. Did volunteer adult classes for ESL in Nashville, TN for a group of 5 or more adults per class. ESL classes included basic writing, reading and speaking English.

My comments on tutoring Study Skills : Teaching a child to study in the proper environments, showing them different methods to learn their subjects, and how to structure each study session, as it pertains to each child can create very helpful & healthy study habits.

I received my degree in Early Childhood Development & Child Psychology in 1999. I tutored children from homeless shelters for 2 years. As I began helping & teaching my two daughters in every subject, and saw how well they were doing, I realized I could help so many other children. I then began teaching, tutoring & learning from pre-kinder to high school classes/students from that point to present. As for my daughters, one is a pre-med student in college & the other attends a health magnet. Started learning CAD since high school. This involved starting from the basics of paper, pencil, and drafting tools for techniques. Conceptual hands on to be associated when moving into Computer Aided Drafting. Afterwards decided to complete certification in CAD and combine it with my Associate's in Mechanical Engineering Degree.
