I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York at SUNY New Paltz and I have matriculated into the Master of Arts in Biology program at the same university. As a result of my many research and laboratory reports I have excellent writing and typing skills and have completed many writing assignments including numerous essays in various fields as a requirement of completing my Bachelor of Science degree. Having a BSEE and graduating on the dean's list, my tutoring experience started in college. I tutored other students in Math, Algebra, Calculus, and English. I recently tutor computer illiterate people in Microsoft, and how to send and receive email. I have extensive writing and oral skills to put together proper sentence structures for all ages. In the last 10 years I've tutored mostly essay/report research and composition. For children it has mostly been reading, writing, spelling, proper speech, math, and earth science.

A Little Bit About Me...

I attained my first degree in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University in 2003. After working in that field for a few years, however, I chose to change my career path. I then went back to school at the City College of New York to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering. I am happy to say that I am graduating this month (December 2010), and have not regretted pursuing this second degree at all. Through my college experiences I have completed over 220 credits in many subjects, with my strongest in the math, sciences and engineering.
Attaining two degrees has opened my eyes to many different teaching styles and ways of learning.
