My comments on tutoring Grammar : I am a proofreader. I identify errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.

I have been in the nursing field for 17 years. Several years ago, I taught a 6th grader the CV system and developed an exam for her and she turned around and taught it to her friend. Both passed the exam. I develop forms to help make things easier. I will do whatever it takes to help make things easier for the student. I enjoy teaching and I would love the opportunity to help students with their nursing classes, including anatomy and physiology. Also, I am a proofreader. I spot errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, words that are transposed and I do some line editing. I am a student at the University of South Alabama studying to be an elementary school teacher. I will graduate in December of 2014. I have experience with lesson planning, therefore, I am familiar with the curriculum that is used by the public school system. I know what is required for elementary school students and I have had adequate training in the instruction of grades K-6, as well as special education.
