Quite often it is just a small portion of the process that is missing or the process does not make sense to the student. I was the first person in my family to attend college. I completed an engineering degree and competed athletically through my collegiate career. I finished school averaging over 18 hours I of course work per semester. I was a classic overachiever. My work ethic was passed to two sons who also finished college successfully and have gone on to successful work.
