LEARN INDIAN VOCAL MUSIC

I have four years of music teaching experience in India and have been running an Indian music academy in Michigan since two years. I have been performing with several bands in Michigan and had once collaborated with India-Day event in 2012. I often represent lecture-demonstrations in schools with a percussionist Dan Piccolo. A Little Bit About Me...

I use a variety of teaching styles while instructing students. Alternating between styles helps to keep minds engaged and participation at a maximum. When covering content I use many examples that relate to real life, that way students can relate it to something they have experienced or seen. I also like performing small-scale experiments and labs. I will use power point presentations as well as the overhead for drawings, notes, and discussion.
