My comments on tutoring Basic Learning Skills : We have Certified Teachers with experience in teaching and tutoring. We also have tutors with degrees in the related field. Some are skilled specifically in elementary level as our teachers are also Certified in EC-6th grade. Call us and ask who is the Teacher or tutor in your area. Each Certified teacher has the ability and skills to individualize the teaching style, based on the child's learning style. Due to this, we offer for the teacher or tutor to do an assessment on the first session at the same fee as the tutorials. Once they do this, they are required to teach or tutor in the style fit to your child's learning and other skills for their potential and to help them reach their academic goals.

Educated professional - Alternative tutor

I worked in after school progrmas all through college and generally enjoy helping children study. I am very engaging, patient and relate well to any age child or young adult. I am not a proto-typical, traditional "tutor" in that I never studied education in a pedagogical sense, but I am highly educated and always made high grades in every level of school. I may can help where the traditonal teachers/tutors have been unsuccessful. I have no specialized training related to ADD/ADHD other than I have been diagnosed as such since high school. I learned to thrive in light of it and feel like I have insight into those with the same diagnosis.
