Experienced Math Tutor (Ph.D. in Engineering)

Then I have the student work on problems to gauge his/her understanding. In review style, I concentrate on reviewing problems with the student.

I strongly express my passion for what I do, and this has a ripple effect on the students, who in return express passion for their class. I use positive approach to teaching, guaranteeing all my students that they cannot fail if we all stick to the plan (and I mean it).
