My comments on tutoring Algebra : Very strong

My favorite teaching style is the classical Black Board style that may involve Power Point presentations. I am very patient with my students and like to believe that I have the capability to make every student learn.
I did an Undergraduate in Science with an honors in Chemistry, followed by an M.Sc. in Biochemistry and a PhD in Biochemistry. I was actively involved in Cancer Research in the Department of Biochemistry and have authored over 40 publications. Although I have expertise in Chemistry and Biochemistry, I have a passion for Math that includes Algebra 1 &2 , Pre-calculus, and Geometry.

My comments on tutoring Algebra : My math students exceed their class requirements.

I am the founder and president of The Learning Curve of San Antonio, a tutoring service which specializes in math/ science and test taking. I have experience working with many different types of students. On one end, I have worked with outstanding math and chemistry students from some of the best private schools in San Antonio helping them to sharpen their understanding and application of the material. On the other end, I have also helped many struggling students learn some of the harder concepts of algebra, geometry, problem-solving, and chemistry.
