A Little Bit About Me...

I have a strong interest in the sciences of the world. I earned a bachelor degree in ecology including a minor in botany. I also earned a Master degree in biology studying mountain quail. During my undergraduate and graduate education I participated in the GK-12 program as a scientist in residence. I spent 20 hours a week in the middle school and high school setting for two years. After 5 years of professional experience, I am now preparing to enter a Masters program for Physician Assistant studies in the Fall of 2010 by completing advanced courses in Biology, Chemistry, and Anatomy & Physiology.
I have found much satisfaction from overcoming challenges. While in academic pursuits, many subjects may at first seem difficult. Such tough times are great opportunities to gain confidence by finding a personal path to clarity. By knowing where the student need ... read more
