In my opinion every student learns in a different way giving his or her own approach to developing an understanding of new unfamiliar knowledge. Also these same students shift their methods depending upon the material being introduced and discussed. It is for this reason that I seek to first try to carefully understand the students learning style and adjust my teaching style to match. Examples: Leaning by example, teacher solves a math problem for the student in a step-by-step approach with the benefit of why the teacher is using these particular steps and approach.
