My comments on tutoring Logic : Received an A in Logic while attending Millikin University in 2004.

I am a natural teacher - it's what I do when I'm not getting paid. I just like to share knowledge of what, why, when, where, and how. I like the process of learning, and it is a privilege to get to witness, or even positively influence, that process in someone else. I believe that all people fall short of their maximum potential. Finding the right motivation for people is a gift that I have. This is, however, no guarantee of success when dealing with the individual mind, but it does improve the circumstances. My greatest joy as a tutor and professor is to witness the "Ah-ha" moment when the light bulb comes on and the student puts the pieces together and comes to understand the topic, and, perhaps more importantly, understands the significance or ramifications of the topic in relation to other topics or disciplines.
