A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught school for over thirty years, including several years as working in a Random House Reading Lab while working as a Teacher's Aide. I am a published author,have worked a few years as a highest-paid stringer for the Kodiak Mirror as their religious writer, and have taught students from kindergarten through ninth grade. While an undergraduate student at a top university, I pushed myself academically. I also focused on trying to help people by teaching resume writing and job interviewing workshops at my university’s Career Development office. Helping fellow students further their careers was very satisfying and inspiring. Upon graduation, I counseled, trained, and equipped American and foreign college-level and graduate students for a non-profit. Later, in graduate school, I worked in Student Affairs, holding workshops, hosting social events, resourcing students and managing print projects.
