I have been tutoring for over 15 years both in students homes or at public locations such as coffee shops or the public library. My education and experience are broad. I was educated at "Ivy League" level schools and purposefully educated myself in a large variety of the humanities, which in essence all tie together. Basic courses up through most High School material outside of the Humanities are not difficult. Actually, while my education has been primarily in the Humanities, the material I see the most in tutoring is Algebra and Geometry!
I have a way of perceiving the difficulty the student has, and am able to explain the material in a simple way that makes it easy for students to grasp. I am a patient teacher I believe everyone learn at different speed and in different ways that's why I adapt according to the person. I never do the same class for 2 students. I always do first test the see the student's level and go from there. I believe the best way to learn is to practice and be get comfortable with the language by speaking as much as possible and hearing the language often by watching movies or listening to music, even if it's only in the background, it gets the ear accustomed to the sounds of the language.
