I have a 3 year experience in tutoring ( both English and Russian ). Have helped my students improve the language and get better grades . I can work from home ,reviewing homework , doing it together . I write my own lesson plans for each student according to their language level . A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching adults and children alike, particularly second-language (ESL) learners. I would describe my teaching style as one based on mutual respect; when the teacher respects the learning style and questions, opinions, feelings (etc.) of the student, then the student is able to thrive and learn to their maximum capacity. This is particularly true, I feel, when it comes to ESL students. Contrary to popular stereotype, just because someone may not speak English well doesn’t mean they are unintelligent or unmotivated. A Little Bit About Me...

I have studied philosophy at UC Berkeley and UC Riverside (where I received my BA). I excel in math, science, and English. My reading, grammar and writing skills are quite storng. I have been employed as a tutor for the last ten years and have tutored students of all ages (elementary through high school) and backgrounds in English, chemistry, Earth science, biology, physics, all levels of mathematics, reading, social/global studies, and even the arts.
