I never really considered myself a teacher as much as just someone who understood something a little better than someone else. To that extent I guess my style is more of helping someone to gain a better understanding of a particular topic or process. Discussion and example as well as some actual hands on tasks will help someone to discover their own potential for understanding and mastering the topic at hand.
