I've worked as a Statistician private contractor for about a year for Hospira and Partners BHM, and I worked in math education software design for about a year as a content editor and tester.

College Algebra is one of my top subjects! College Algebra is the combination of Algebra 1 and 2 although it is slightly more complicated it is basically the same principles and concepts as high school algebra. I feel that I am more than capable of teaching someone how to manipulate equations and think analytically.

I like students to understand how the material they are learning can and is being applied to everyday situations. So I often will talk about the big topics that have been covered explain why they are useful and then show the student how to perform various calculations or apply the nessecary logic to solve problems.

The Friendly Math Guy Next Door
