I am a hard worker and dedicated teacher.

I have been in employed for the last five years and 9 months by the North Panola Consolidated School District located in Sardis, MS. I have taught at the elementary level and the junior high level. I believe all children are born with the same amount of human potential. However, I’m disheartened by what I’ve witnessed in Mississippi’s public schools: that many children are failing to read at grade level. They are often “left behind.” My approach to teaching is driven by my belief that all children can learn if given the cognitive stimulation coupled with a nurturing, learning environment.
