I grew up reading the nutritional panel on everything. I was absolutely fascinated how the body used the food that we eat to derive the energy and perform the tasks necessary for life. A Little Bit About Me...

Throughout my undergraduate studies at BYU, I taught and tutored in Spanish for up 24 hours each week. I supervised 5 districts of students, 10 teachers and up to 65 students at one time, while still teaching in the classroom. Additionally, I graded papers for college-level business courses for several years. As part of this experience, I provided feedback on writing, grammar, and content. I have now been a TA for more than 30 college business courses. I have finished all pre-medicine science classes with a science GPA of 3.3.

I have been able to develop a great teacher-student relationship of mutual respect and trust.
