Having a passion for numbers and electrical design, I chose electrical engineering, where I received a BS Degree in 1995. Still wanting to be involved in Accounting, I obtained my MBA degree in 2003 and a professional certification in Bookkeeping in 2009. More About This Tutor...

I possess both a MS and BS in electrical engineering. I received my BS degree from Rowan University in New Jersey and my MS from the University of Southern California. I have taken numerous classes in mathematics which include Single Variable Calculus, Multi-Variable Calculus, Differential Equations, Complex Variables, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Probability, and Random Processes. In addition, the focus of my graduate coursework was in the areas of signal processing and communications which use the theory from these math courses. After graduating from undergraduate school I worked for a year and a half as a substitute teacher for mostly upper division high school classes in the math and sciences.
When explaining concepts to students in classes that I sub-taught I felt the best approach was to talk to individual students and use a whiteboard to clearly explain the concepts. ... read more
