All throughout my High School & College experience, I was inspired by Ancient World History. In addition to competing as a collegiate athlete, I have also traveled to Europe twice on educational study abroad programs, which has enabled me to gain a much deeper understanding. My degree contains an emphasis in Language which means I spent considerable time translating Latin and Ancient Greek texts. During the past eight years I have tutored in academics, trained students for their sport and was employed as a summer Instructor in Jr. Lifeguard programs and Aquatic sports programs. I am applying as a Latin teacher but I am also able to teach beginning French, Social Science, World History, Languages Arts & Reading Comprehension.
