My comments on tutoring English : English is my first language and I enjoy the subject, but I love creative writing more. I'm more familiar with pre-school and elementary literature and basic semantics and syntax.

I have been hired recently to teach Creative Writing, Reading and Math in late November. I've also been employed as a TAKS tutor in the EPISD, middle school level working with ELL learners, regular program and special education students. I've student taught in at a 4th and 5th grade level, all subjects. I've also been a pre-school teacher with approximately 27 credits in Early Childhood Education. I am also a parent of a student with special needs, so I've always helped my son with his homework since he was very young. He was diagnosed with a severe to moderate learning disability and also had a speech delay. I was also an elected Local School Council Parent Rep in Chicago and served a 2 year term.
