A Little Bit About Me...
My teaching style is very interactive. I like to hear what the student has to say, and to tune in to the best way to approach each student. I know that each of us learns in our own unique way, and that the best results are gained by honoring those differences. One of my proudest accomplishments was the success of one particular student, who, at the age of 40, was back in school, having finally been diagnosed with learning disabilities after being passed through the public school system. She was ready to give up, but I worked with her. She is a gifted massage therapist, and I was so pleased to hear that she recently passed her National Boards, a very difficult test.
