I recently completed a two-month internship in TAS/OTS in EY this summer. From this experience, I gained valuable knowledge in the advisory area. I participated in a mobile internet App project for a startup technical company. The major goal for the project is to do financial forecasting for the company. In the group, my job was to help create a business plan report and translate from Chinese to English. I also worked on cash flow forecasting. I encourage students to ask a lot of questions about the material they do not understand. The student has already heard the lecture from the teacher or professor, so I feel there is not much point to just repeating the lecture. If students ask questions, they will be more receptive to the information that is given in the answers. I also like to use examples or demonstrations to relate the material to "real life", as opposed to just teaching abstract concepts. Above all, I try to keep it interesting for the student.
