A Little Bit About Me...

I have always been fascinated by numbers and how the analysis of numbers can be used in nearly everything we do. I have a MBA from a top 20 program that has helped me further develop my mathematical skills in statistics and calculus. I have helped tutor children in various after-school volunteer programs and was a paid tutor while in undergrad and grad school. While the tutoring ran the gamut, I tended to focus on math (algebra, stats), finance/accounting and writing (typically logical essays not creative writing).
I believe the first step is to always ascertain where a student is in their comprehension of the subject and what their propensity is to learn (i.e. quick learner, learns by examples etc.).
