Then in the late 1980s and mid-1990s, I taught the basic speech course (public speaking) at several urban/suburban college and university settings (DePaul University, Loyola University, College of DuPage, Harper College), in addition to storytelling classes at two non-traditional adult learning centers in Chicago.
