I am very enthusiastic about language learning, because I know understanding and utilizing language has the ability to influence learning across all subject matter. As a gradute of the College of Creative Arts at West Virginia University, I was given the opportunity to learn and experience all aspects of the music education program. I earned my bachelor degree in Music Education and taught private lessons for a part time job to help put myself through school. I am currently in my fifth year of teaching and have experience in general music and middle school band. I love working with kids of all ages and enjoy the process as much as the final outcome.
