I have worked with children of many different ages and backgrounds, and have learned something from each and every one of them. I am a high school honors graduate with a BA in English and teacher certification in English, Spanish, psychology, and special education. I am national board certified in special education. I have tutored in Memphis, and have also taught learning strategies. I am retired and eager to find part time work.

I absolutely love working with children of all ages. I love to see the end results from working one on one w/ a child at the end of a session. I am very patient, and a firm believer that every child can learn!
I've worked with children in many differnt areas of education and with children on many different levels. My focus was on children with disabilities and speech/language disorders. I've worked with children w/developmental delays and regular education children. I've also served as a tutor to children in my area w/learning disabilities. I have a BS in Speech Pathology w/a minor in Special education and I am currently working on my MS Ed in School Counseling. I will graduate from the Univ of Southern MS in May 2011. I've tutored children in English, Math, Science, and Reading.
