Everyone learns in a different manner and at their own pace. However, a big thing that I have found about teaching is that the attitude must be right. I try to give a happy atmosphere which seems to transfer to the person learning, which in turn makes the learning experience enjoyable and one where they learn more. When working with my students, I always make sure to work on their pronunciation and the proper way to say the word because even though reading and writing is important, the oral important as well.
