If you don't like the results, I haven't done my job.

I won the state championship in the 100 meters and went to Adams State College in Alamosa CO. Broke a leg in track and received withdrawn F across the board. Left college and healed up. Went to the Army two years and reserve three years. Came back and picked up the quickest degree possiable. Moved to Hawwaii, three years. Became a ciritified dept of defense government contractor. Furnish and deliver contracts. Ended up moving back home to Albuquerque NM. I started working in the Indian Casinos for 13 years. I bought a house and retired. But now I'm tired of sitting around.
All I do is tend to my students needs. I'm personal. Like to get off track with my students and lead them back to the point.

I feel I learn as much as I teach. I value every student that I have the opportunity to work with. I have learned some students just need to overcoming their dislike of a subject. Personally, I prefer hands on - lab style workshops - than endless lecturing and note taking. I like to grasp the student's maturity level and aptitude and go from there. All students need individualized attention, but it is also important to have team building skills inherent in the coursework so they learn to both help themselves and others.
