A Little Bit About Me...

I'm a recent graduate of Rust College. During my years at college I tutored in subjects as biology, basic math, college algebra,English literature, and also was a co-judge for a local junior high science fair. During the summer of 2009, I did my internship with the Ronald E. McNair program at the University of Mississippi. This program focused mainly on research based studies with a chosen graduate professor.
I'm an assertive motivator. Learning should not be repulsive, children love to learn by examples that they can relate to. I find the opportunity to combine the likes and dislikes of the student and mold them into a constructive solution. Using metaphors and similes are more of my specialties. The style is strict, but the concepts are easier. When the task is completed, the student will say I was tough but with a caring aftereffect.

A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching and working with children, I believe all children can learn, but in different ways. Each child should be able to feel like they have academic success, even if it is not the same as other students. A Little Bit About Me...

I started working in the school system in 2001 volunteering as a tutor for at risk kids. I tutored numerous mathematic course for over 6 years. I have earned a one bachelor degree in biology and hope to earn my second degree in mathematics as well as in education. I have learned to do research and solve proofs.
