I feel we work from using the student’s strengths to build math vocabulary, math concepts, math relationships, developing math knowledge and algorithmic skills. I want the students to feel comfortable communicating using math to get help. I strongly believe that to understand math you have to put forth effort to try and do math. I want the learning environment to be relaxed and comfortable.
