My comments on tutoring Basic Learning Skills : I have been a certified elementary teacher for four years, as well as prior tutoring experience during college.

I have had a lifelong passion for teaching, which I look forward to utilizing in order to meet the needs of your child. I have been a fifth and sixth grade teacher for four years, but my teaching experience goes far beyond that. Prior to earning my teaching certification, I was a tutor as well as a children's dance instructor. There is no greater thrill for me than being able to share the gift of knowledge with children. My favorite subjects to teach are math, reading, and writing because I love being able to take the subjects that students find difficult and challenging, and show them how to break it down into something comprehensive as well as fun.
