My teaching style is hands on and what I would call explanatory. I have found that people learn concepts better if they understand why something is done rather then just being explained how to do it. I also believe in helping the student work through the problem rather than just telling them how to do it.

This decision was due to the Police Department recruiting me to teach various computer classes to police officers.
