I love learning math and science and I enjoy sharing the same love of learning with my students. I like seeing the look on their face when they really get it! Students requiring tutoring are sometimes in academic distress and have anxiety therefore I have a more easy going and patient style of tutoring than most. I believe I'm an effective tutor because I remember the exact same difficulties and questions I had as a student and can relate to their frustration. My experience in teaching in the the ESL adult learning education, college secretarial courses and Junior HS all subjects. I enjoyed the thrill of teaching beginning students and student that needed to improve skills for the jog market. I was responsible for assessments, lesson plans, daily and weekly exams. The most important part of teaching is building a students self esteem in challenging subjects and allowing some self directed assessments.
