A tutor has a unique opportunity to quickly learn the teaching styles required for the individual student. This is best accomplished by listening carefully to the student to establish where the roadblocks to learning are occurring. Ultimately, the student and tutor need to function as a team with a single objective. I feel that I have a passion for learning and that passion is felt by each of my students. I have a Minnesota teaching license in PreK age 3-K, Elementary Education K-6, and Middle School Math 5-8. I have returned to college twice to add additional licenses to continue my education. A Little Bit About Me...

When I am teaching my students, I am someone who has passion in all of the work that I do. I've always wanted to be a teacher and I want to make a positive impact in their lives. I know that all children can learn, whether or not they may have a learning disability.
