I immigrated to the United States in 1995 with my husband, Jack, a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army and our daughter Susanne. I have a lot of experience translating but also teaching. I have taught at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA and at various community colleges in Germany (where I taught English). Over the last several years I have developed my business as a riding instructor so I am used to teaching. I take regular visits to Germany and am of course very familiar with the culture.
