Assessment of teaching effectiveness The two words that best describe my teaching style are adaptive and creative. During class time, I expose students to various stimuli that allow them to drive their own learning. I use the following: • Show media & movie clips (To aid visual learners). • Written homework assignments (To inspire reading/writing oriented learners). • Music to help students understand abstract concepts (This approach benefits auditory learners). • Lecture using a Socratic method for all students.
