I am a natural teacher - it's what I do when I'm not getting paid. I just like to share knowledge of what, why, when, where, and how. I spent 10 years directing an adult literacy program where I trained volunteers to be tutors and tutored myself. During that time I took an intensive training course on working with people with learning disabilities. I have worked with ESOL students, as well.

A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that all people fall short of their maximum potential. Finding the right motivation for people is a gift that I have. This is, however, no guarantee of success when dealing with the individual mind, but it does improve the circumstances.
