Algebra I is one of my top subjects! Algebra is perhaps the most versatile and essential math class that a student can learn. It is by far the most important in moving forward whether in the real word or post secondary education.

I have always approached a teaching lesson as a learning opportunity. Learning is a fundamental skill. If you don't have your basic fundamentals, your student will have difficulty advancing. So, I always start with basic fundamentals such as; note taking, study skills, and comprehension! All sciences demand the ability to link concepts together. Ex. cells make up tissues, tissues make up organs, organs make up organ systems,etc.....! By understanding the make-up of cellular structures and relating that to tissue functions the students can fully understand a subject. This proves true with all subjects. Algebra I is one of my top subjects! I am in AP Calculus

I have all my students pick which area they are having the most trouble with. If they are unsure I create a evaluation test to asset their weak spots which will be our main focus. Then we review homework I go through each problem and teach them various ways of solving and give the importance of learning that specific skill. I also provide numerous practice problems ranging from easy to very difficult.
I am experienced in tutoring all math areas from elementary to high school level and some college level math. My specialty is elementary math and Algebra. I am involved in various clubs and have a GPA of 3.6. I plan on Majoring in finance once in college. I currently tutor some students at my school.
