I have extensive experience in the field of Business Management particularly in Accounting. I graduated from Rockhurst University, a Jesuit University well known for its business graduates. I have owned my own business and worked as an independent contractor for the last six years in the Kansas City area. I have spent time volunteering my tutoring services at the Kansas City Public Library. I have also volunteered for CAPA and currently sit on the board of directors for KCFDC as the treasurer.

I taught college students computer science and applications courses at Sanford Brown College and National College. I taught 7th grade English as a second language for the Kansas City School District. I was also a substitute teacher.
