During that time I sought to gain as much experience and expertise as possible to prepare me for teaching in a school for missionary children overseas. Writing is one of my top subjects! I have had a large amount of writing experience in high school and college. I had an 800 on the Writing section of the SAT. I can tutor students regarding general writing skills, help them with specific papers, or prepare them for standardized writing exams.

I am a big proponent of the theory of multiple intelligences and believe that each student has certain styles of learning that work best for them. I aim to help students figure out how they learn best. Once they realize where their strengths are, they can incorporate the concept into all of their studies, not just the subject for which I happen to be tutoring them.
