My teaching style is very holistic. I want to empower students to discover and employ their voices. I want to develop critical thinking skills, analysis, synthesis, and retention, basically, I want to help people *THINK* about what they are saying, what they are doing, to interpret the world around them. In the end, it is the student's choice whether or not they modify their papers. I believe in having a one on one discussion. I am resourceful. I don't know all the answers but I have a myriad of ways to find them.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. My major was English Literature, with a double minor in French Language and Communications. Critical thinking skills and untraditional ways are what I focus on. However the way someone learns, I will try to set the individual up to show how they learn and work with them.
