I contact the student to know what subjects they need. I go to their home and meet them and their parents. I agree with them a schedule or they let me know when they need my help. I go to their house the agreed day and check what he/she knows about the subject to study. I assign to them different exercises like a pre-test. Every problem that they make wrong indicates to me that I need to explain that class. I don't go ahead until the student understands completely. I want to help students be the best they can be.

I like working one-on-one with students to find out where they are struggling. I am very patient and willing to work on any particular part until they get it right. I always encourage people to try their best. I can relate to strugglers very easily because I used to struggle with math. Along came a great teacher and then math became easy for me.
