Being exposed and working at different school districts and states allowed me to learn different styles, therefore, I was able to evaluate what works and adapt the techniques to my own style. I was trained academically at PAFA to draw and paint still life, landscape, the human figure but as a child, my Mother introduced me to painting in the tub with newsprint taped to walls, with tempra paint in baby food jars to express myself. I love teaching young children but have worked with all ages, from tots to elders.
